炸黄豆

两周前翻菜谱时翻到炸黄豆。这是我没试过的,而且要是不看别人的菜谱,我也绝不会想到原来炸黄豆需要先将黄豆泡水。我一直以为炸黄豆就是干黄豆直接放油里面炸。现在想来,干炸估计很难炸熟。泡软了更容易熟。用我的小炸锅试了一下,还不错,炸出来很是香酥,于是带去四川朋友家吃饭时作下酒菜,最后没吃完的都留给他们了,可以放在酸辣粉或担担面里。
