Specialists on COVID-19 obligation, others start strike one week from now
The National Association of Resident Doctors, the umbrella body of all specialists working in government wellbeing offices, has given a notification of strike compelling Monday, June 15, 2020.
The affiliation said the call to strike additionally incorporates specialists taking care of COVID-19 patients and different crises.
The National President of NARD, Dr Aliyu Sokomba, said this in an official letter with reference number NARD/SG/2019-2020/070620/246.
The NARD President said the strike would be all out paying little heed to the present pandemic.
Sokomba said the activity had gotten essential because of the disappointment of the legislature to recover its promises particularly in the territories of compensation unfulfilled obligations and working conditions.
