BREAKING: Court denies Wadume, six others bail
A Federal High Court in Abuja has turned down the bail applications by suspected abduct boss, Hamisu Bala (Wadume) and six others being pursued for grabbing and related offenses.
In a decision on Wednesday, Justice Binta Nyako allowed quickened hearing for the situation and requested that the litigants be promptly moved from the guardianship of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Nigeria Police Force (where they are as of now being kept) to the Kuje jail where their legal advisors could have simple access to them.
Equity Nyako similarly requested that the respondents be managed access to clinical offices.
Wadume was first captured in Ibi, Taraba State, on August 6, 2019, by police officers from the Intelligence Response Team of the Inspector General of the Police office.
Prior, the indictment called two observers, who affirmed and gave subtleties of how a group of officers, drove by Captain Tijani Balarabe assaulted the police group that had before captured Wadume in Ibi, a network in Taraba State.
